Don assembled the animation department for Nmotionmedia, intergrading several personal computers using cutting edge software. He has spent years developing the render pipeline and pioneering several new techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
David Hatter, Creative Director for Nmotionmedia, has over 10 years experience as an Illustrator and worked 10 years as Medical Illustrator and Photographer at Shriners Hospital for Children in Los Angeles, California. David produced his first award winning short film "But you like me don't you?" while In the film program at Pasadena City College.

David relocated to the Riverside area and established a foothold in the Inland Empire thanks to the help of Ralph Megna and
Digital Empire. The team also established close relationships with the local video production groups such as Rick Morgan and The Altek Group and have worked as a network with them for over a decade.
